- Purchase receipt must be provided.
- Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging
- Sacred Vision Designs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned items are in saleable condition
- Items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Sacred Vision Designs reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
- Sacred Vision Designs is not responsible for clothing that you have washed without following the proper directions. See the care instructions on the product page and product label. If you are not sure, please e-mail us for specifications before washing.
Clothing Return Policy
Return by Mail
Sacred Vision Designs purchases may be returned by mail. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mailed it back to receive and process your return/exchange. International times vary.
- Complete Sacred Art Clothes Return form.
- Place your item(s) and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package, removing/covering any labels. If desired, you may reuse your original packaging.
- Drop your package off at an authorized UPS or USPS location.
Wholesale Orders
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 2hrs of the order being placed or by 9am PST the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend. We can not guarantee that the order can be adjusted.
